Musical Theatre
Hollie has been teaching music and dance for ten years. She will be teaching our Senior Musical Theatre Class in 2021.
Hollie’s interest in the performing arts started at age 4 when she began dance and music lessons. Over the years Hollie has taken classes in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Irish, Lyrical, Contemporary, and Musical Theatre. She is a singer and plays several instruments including piano, violin, guitar and ukulele. Hollie has performed in premier venues around Perth including Crown Theatre, Perth Concert Hall and Government House. She has also been involved in community events such as Channel 7 Christmas Pageant, City of Armadale Carols by Candlelight, and Willetton Rotary Fair.
Hollie has studied at UWA, ECU and the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. She has a Bachelor of Education in Music and Drama, an Associate Diploma of Music, and a Bachelor of Science. Hollie has also completed RAD and CSTD dance exams and has competed in many music and dance eisteddfods and festivals across Perth. She has been a member of the WACO choir and the WA Youth Orchestra.
Hollie currently teaches classroom music at a local primary school and offers private piano and singing lessons.
